Dr. Mallika Leuzinger

I am a Fung Global Fellow at Princeton University and Visiting Researcher in the Department of Gender and Media Studies for the South Asian Region at HU Berlin. I received my PhD in History of Art from University College London in 2020, and hold a BA in History and MPhil in Multi-Disciplinary Gender Studies from the University of Cambridge. I have also worked in the museum and heritage sector in India and Switzerland. My research has been published in Trans Asia Photography Review, Object, PIX and the forthcoming edited volume Framing Portraits, Binding Albums: Family Photographs in India.
